The first release of the Vintage Vampires series by the House of Pomegranates Press and illustrated by Gloomth's designer Taeden Hall! With a new foreword by Daniel Richler.

The goal of The House of Pomegranates Press is to produce arcane and magical little packages full of words that inform, disturb and most importantly, inspire.

It was a natural transition for artist Taeden Hall to blend her love of old tales of horror with her illustration and ultimately with her clothing label. The perfect storm of beauty distilled into a strange cocktail to share with you.



Now available internationally directly from the Gloomth catalogue (or via Amazon) comes this illustrated classic tale in paperback. Gloomth has also released 3 designs to honour the story. The pieces are named after characters in the book, inspired by their personalities and proclivities. Lush dreamy designs to embody the shadows of one of our favourite stories.

Greetings Gloomths!

We recently relocated our operation and I have been steadily unpacking countless boxes. At this point I become nauseas upon sight of cardboard, "please no more boxes, please". *Ahem*

During this process I have come across quite a few design samples/one-offs as well as pieces long discontinued! Rather than hoard these like the grizzled mizer I am, we've decided to sell them all in our Etsy shop!!!

Which is great news if you like our gear and want to get something truly unique and rare from Gloomth. Also all the pieces are priced to sell, so they likely won't be available long.

*Phew*
It's finally slightly cooler here and I must say the change is more than welcome. I think the heat was beginning to melt my brain.


We have more exciting changes and additions to the site on the way but I can't chirp about them quite yet. So I'm just going to indicate my excitement in this vague way for now, frustrating as that is.

It's summer, and the perfect time for little cotton dresses and skirts!

We have recently improved our entire production and now orders are finished and shipped SUPER quickly (it's about damn time). We should be shipping entirely from inventory shortly but all current orders are taking about 2 weeks to complete (standard sizes only- custom take a bit longer).
It's been a hard year, getting to this point and dealing with all the upheavels 2009 brought to the table. Someday I'll elaborate on that.
